Attendance Policy
To fully benefit from After School programming, members are highly encouraged to attend a minimum of three (3) days per week.

Member expectations
To ensure a safe and positive Club environment:

Check in and out with BGCCO staff at the front desk.

Actively engage in Club activities

Store belongings in designated areas. Clubs are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Treat staff and peers with respect
- Follow staff instructions
- Respect all Club spaces and equipment
- Use safe hands, feet, and words at all times. Clubs are Bully-Free spaces.

Select your Club location followed by “BGCCO 2026-27 Membership.” - New Families:

Registration Instructions
- From the top banner, select and complete the BGCCO 2026-27 Membership registration.
- Once the membership registration has been completed, navigate to Club Program Registration. You must complete all steps for the BGCCO 2026-27 Membership before you will be able to register for a program.
- Verify that your Current Location is set to All Locations.
- Select School Year Programs.
- Select After School Program.
- Choose the Clubhouse program that applies to you and your child(ren).
- Complete all required registration steps and submit payment for any applicable fees to finalize your registration. Your child(ren) will not be eligible to participate until registration is complete and all required fees have been paid.
